CP985 - Preci: detached and fully restored house on the edge of a small village near Preci with large garden, several terraces, garage and beautiful view |
Characteristic and fully restored house on the edge of a small village in the municipality of Preci, which is about 2.5 km away. The house was rebuilt in 2006-2007, with the two original houses being merged into one spacious house, now consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen diner, 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and a large garage, in addition to various ancillary rooms. The restoration has been carried out with taste and in accordance with current earthquake regulations, using traditional materials such as terracotta floor tiles, ceiling and roof construction entirely in wood, or with wooden beams and terracotta tiles, and beautifully tiled and furnished bathrooms. Both in front and behind the house there is a spacious terrace with terracotta tiles, both partly covered. The house is completely plastered both inside and out, but the rustic terraces and verandas give the house a pleasant rural character. The house is in excellent condition and is immediately habitable. The fully enclosed garden of about 1,000 m2 consists of lawn with some walnut trees, native shrubs, herbs and ornamental shrubs. A wonderful holiday home, but also very suitable for permanent residence. |
