• Description:
This small group of houses composed of 6 independent apartments, is situated in one of those characteristic hamlets in the Valnerina, Colle di Sellano, a short distance from Postignano, where the castle has been converted into an exclusive resort, Sellano, with the highest Tibetan bridge in Europe (length 517 m, height difference 68 m) and Rasiglia, known as the "Borgo of the brooklets" or "Venice of Umbria", because of the water streams that cross the small center of this village. The stone houses, with spectacular view of the Valnerina, have been structurally completely renovated according to the Umbrian building traditions and the latest building regulations. The cellars, for example, have beautiful barrel vaulted ceilings while all other ceilings are realized with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The original stone tower dates back to 1200 and is of historic importance. All outer doors and windows are present and made according to the local Umbrian tradition with internal shutters. What still needs to be done is the electric wiring, the placement of the radiators, the finishing of the floors and the furnishing of the kitchens and bathrooms.
