This agriturismo, open only in the summer season, is located in the mountains between Spoleto and Ferentillo. It consists of two fulle restored houses which are currently used for tourist activity: one house with two 3-room apartments plus a ground floor and attic floor that could increase the rental capacity of this house, and a second house with two 2-room apartments, an original wood oven and a professional restaurant. The building |
• Description:
The house with the restaurant has been completely rebuilt, has a ventilated crawl space and a cavity wall on the mountain side, so there are no moisture problems. Terracotta floor tiles on both floors, wooden doors and windows with double glazing, walls and ceilings/roof are plastered. The second home has been restored and has a less "luxurious" finish. The floors in the apartments consist of a mix of terracotta and granite flor tiles, the walls and ceilings are plastered. The ground floor has a storey height of about 3m, and could therefore be converted into living space. Additional attic rooms could also be realized on the attic floor. |
